Getting from the Airport
If you are arriving via Dublin Airport, the following may be of use to you. Dublin city centre is 11 kilometres from the airport.
Airport Meet & Greet Service
Taxi Seven is an airport meet and greet service which offers you the option to pre-book a taxi with a uniformed driver to bring you direct to your hotel. Taxi-7 provides a 'meet, greet and drop off' service with reliable drivers & a wide range of cars, including wheelchair accessible and 7-seater vehicles. The great thing about Taxi-7 is that the rate is fixed to your hotel and you have the comfort of knowing that your taxi will be waiting for you. To reserve your taxi, send an email outlining the number of passengers, flight number and date of arrival to email@example.com. Alternatively phone them direct on + 353-1-4600000.
There are many car rental operators in the arrivals hall at Dublin Airport. However, I would recommend Car Rental Ireland who deal with Sixt, Irish Car. Go to CarRentalsIreland.comfor the most competitive rates in Ireland.
There is a taxi rank outside the arrivals hall. The taxi fare can cost up to 25 - 30 Euro into the city centre (additional charges apply for luggage and extra passengers). Be prepared for a wait at peak times.
