Booking Procedure

The user can choose a hotel and check it's availability online.

When booking online, fill out the online booking form to make a hotel reservation. We also accept emails and faxes or you can phone direct to Dublin City Centre Hotels to make a reservation request. Additionally we may offer recommendations as to which accommodation would be most suitable depending on rate, location, facilities etc. as required.

Valid credit card details (Mastercard / Visa) are required in order to guarantee a reservation. The credit card details are passed on to the hotel when a reservation is being confirmed.

A deposit is normally deducted after the client has confirmed that they wish to accept a booking. If you're booking online you will be asked to 'confirm booking and deduct deposit'.

The amount of the deposit is usually either 8% or 10% of the accommodation cost, depending upon the policy operated by the hotel.

Confirmation of the reservation, together with a receipt for the deposit will be provided by City Centre Hotels by fax, email or post (regular mail). When booking online you will required to print off a copy of the booking confirmation and bring it with you to the hotel as confirmation of booking. A copy is also sent to your email address. You should check your bill on checkout to ensure that the hotel has deducted the deposit from the bill.

The Deposit as detailed above is Non Refundable. Cancellation up to 48 hours prior to arrival without further penalty. Cancellation under 48 hours will result in charge equivilant to the balance of the first nights accommodation charge. All bookings are subject to credit card verification and subsequent successful charging of the given credit card.

You will be required to pay the full payment or balance of the payment to the accommodation provider when the user stays at the accommodation.

You will be responsible for any further charges levied by the accommodation provider.

If you fail to arrive for the first night’s accommodation, one night’s room charge may be charged to your credit card.

Cancellation terms are set by the hotels and vary from hotel to hotel. Cancellation terms will be notified to customers when making the reservation.

The publisher does not accept responsibility for cancellations regardless of the circumstances under which the cancellation is made.

Dublin City Centre Hotels is party to the agreement and acts, as agents only and in principal shall have no responsibility in respect of the terms thereof, whether directly or indirectly.

Dublin City Centre Hotels provide a booking service, and reserve the right to alter any arrangements or to cancel the booking due to unforeseen circumstances. All bookings for accommodation are made by Dublin City Centre Hotels as an agents for the establishment concerned on the understanding that they shall not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury, loss, damage, accident or delay caused by or in any way connected with the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in carrying out the bookings, or of any proprietor or servant, or any liability whatsoever arising in any way directly or indirectly in connection with the making of the said booking.
